Stroker Ace VHS - Burt Reynolds NASCAR Comedy - Warner Home Video 1983 Film Stroker Ace VHS Burt Reynolds course NASCAR comedie 1983 Warner Home Video vintage This is the original 1983 Warner Home Video VHS release of "Stroker Ace," a NASCAR racing comedy starring Burt Reynolds in the title role alongside Loni Anderson, Ned Beatty, Jim Nabors, and Parker Stevenson. Directed by stunt coordinator turned filmmaker Hal Needham, this film follows a charismatic but reckless stock car driver who finds himself bound to an unwanted fried chicken sponsorship contract, leading to comedic chaos both on and off the racetrack. Stroker Ace represents the peak of Burt Reynolds' 1980s racing and car chase comedy era, following in the tradition of his other Hal Needham collaborations like Smokey and the Bandit and Cannonball Run. The cover art prominently features Reynolds in his racing jacket alongside Loni Anderson, with supporting cast headshots and classic checkered-flag racing imagery typical of early 1980s racing comedy marketing. This VHS represents an authentic piece of early 1980s home video history from Warner Home Video, and Burt Reynolds' racing comedy filmography continues to hold nostalgic appeal for fans of the actor and the NASCAR-adjacent comedy genre popular during that era. VHS collectors focused on 1980s comedy films or Burt Reynolds' filmography will appreciate having this title in physical format. A great pickup for VHS format collectors, Burt Reynolds fans, or 1980s racing comedy enthusiasts. This tape shows honest vintage wear consistent with its age but remains fully intact with legible box art. Combine shipping available on multiple VHS purchases from our store.
